Goh Beng Kwan Pro Op Tray

The original artwork medium is acrylics and oil, marker ink, rice paper and glue on canvas! The use of green, prominently seen in this work, is how Mr Goh references Singapore’s effort to beautify the city through campaigns such as “Garden City” in the 1960s.

With an exuberant palette of colours and dizzying array of forms which have the quality of doodles, Mr Goh renders the Urban Mosaic as kitsch.

The muted pastel colour palette is a welcome addition to every home.
